So You Wanna Guest Post, Huh?

One of the really great things about Drupal is the strong community that surrounds the project. Since starting Friendly Machine, I've had the pleasure of making contact with thousands of people from around the world who are passionate about building websites with this amazing platform.

I've decided it's time I open up this blog to other voices who can share what they've learned about creating and managing Drupal websites. Are you interested in being one of them?

Here's the deal...

You'll need to provide me with at least 400 words of unique, well-written content. Don't worry if you're not Shakespeare. This is Drupal, not Hamlet. Besides, I can help clean up anything that gets a little too funky.  

If you have pics that you have the rights to use, we'll include them in your post if you like. If you're doing a how-to or tutorial post, readers LOVE screenshots...something to keep in mind.

What you get

Well, if SEO is something you're interested in, you'll get a nice little backlink or two. And if you write specifically about Drupal, you'll have your post distributed through Planet Drupal which will put your post in front of the thousands of readers of that feed. On top of that you'll get the warm fuzzy feeling of having given a little back to your Drupal brothers and sisters across the globe.
